Returns & Exchanges
At Pink Palm Puff, we want you to love your beach-inspired look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your unworn items with original tags into the shipping bag or a similar protective mailer.
Print & Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
